The first thing to do when people wake up in market economy is to prepare a competition between poor and rich. In that place people have freedom to buy and sell things, even drugs. Also, Market economy is negatively effects to the citizens because it makes people greedier and it’s the key to open the conflict dur.
Greed makes economy more difficult, it makes rich people want to take all the money from the poor people . Greedy means that people take everything they desire for themselves and don’t care about others. Greedy can killed a society. In the story: “How much land does a man need?” written by Tolstoy. Pahom is the peasant and who’s very greed. For Pahom, he thinks that his lands never plenty. Then one day he buys from Bashkir. They say, “ As much as you can go around on your feet in a day is yours and the price was 1000 roubles a day.” That low price makes Pahom very excited. He starts to walk.and then he walks to far from the beginning. When the sun comes down, he runs. He died because he was so exhausted. This example shows that greedy of human never end. People love money because we have money we have power. They will get a single chance to make them have those. And to make thing more possible, they need to be greedy. All people from market economy usually fight for money and power. They harm each other people, stealing. A market economy creates those bad citizens, it supposes to create a talented people who can help that country more development not opposite. That’s why the world shouldn’t create market economy
Greed is the main issue to create other issues. Greed leads to conflict. The increase of cotton in California, it was the brightest time but it was also the darkest time. Cotton usually used for clothes that’s why it’s very popular. The more cotton produce, the more people worked. And American used African as slaves. Slaves were not treaded like human. They yelled, hit, and kicked them. And when it was so bad, it became a moral issue. The issue became a civil war between South and North U.S.A . The South said that if slaves are the one who support them economy so they keep using slave. North is opposite from that, Abraham Lincoln who is from the North side, announced about protect slaves, “Whenever I hear any one arguing for slavery I feel a strong impulse to see it tried on him personally”. And the winner is the north. This civil war maked other people think about the thinking of people who wants for there own good. They can do whatever they want to make their country or their individuals have a lot of profit. For money, Americans used poor Africans to did that. They were so greedy that they catch all the slaves and sell them. Money makes people lost their entire mind about right or wrong. And then when people realize that it’s too late, there were people support them and some don’t so they start to decide to take a war. War killed many people, ruin a lot of things. Why they need to take a war if they think about that, for there own good is the answer. There should have laws to against that. But market economy means there are no laws. A place when that has freedom is a good thing but if there is no law that’s not very a good idea.
Live in market economy, citizens must prepare for a competition. People need to be bad to be powerful and make profit. To change this economy, there should have laws, to make thing work more. Can the government change this? Yes, people are still changing. There is no specific country that has this economy, it just be mixed. But there still people greed, jealous and conflict. It just never end until people know how to concessions.
